A: laurenbridal accept the returning dress on special conditions:If you don't like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for the detail attentions and steps to return your dress if needed.
If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.
- Q: I am confused, what size wedding gown should I order?
A: Wedding gowns run smaller than normal clothing sizes. Please see our Size Chart for more details or you can also custom the dresses for yourself.

- Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we accept international orders and can ship to most of the countries. However, please note that it's your own responsibility to learn the custom policy and the import tax situation in your own country.

A: Many dress orders can be placed using a Rush Order. You can also choose our Express Shipping service which will save delivery time.
- Q: What can you do if you received the broken or damaged package?
A: Before you sign for the package, please kindly check the package firstly. If there is any broken or damaged problem about the package, please kindly refused to sign for it. You can make claim to express company to get compensation. Thanks.
